Free "Welcome!" Slide

Facilitators use this slide to:

• Let participants know as soon as they log on that this virtual meeting is going to be different!
• Invite participants into the space with intention and care.
• Fill the awkward transition between the official start time and the actual start time of a meeting.

Tips:

• Display this slide while you let folks into the room. Pair it with music, an emcee, and welcoming chat text to really set the tone.
• This is sized to fit a widescreen (16:9) slide. Upload the file as a background so that you or your collaborators don't accidentally grab, move, or resize it.

• Rio Holaday (she/her) uses visuals to make you feel seen, heard, and grounded in our collective journey towards justice. She has a public health background and became a visual practitioner in order to make information accessible, gatherings engaging, and the journey more joyful. Rio is a Culture of Health Leader with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
